SEEK AND SAVE THE LOST!

Seek and Save the Lost
The word of God has taught me that our "identity" is what we seek in life. Our identity is what defines us as people. Everyone has the question “Who Am I” going on in their mind, even if they haven’t stopped to think about it.
In seeking God I have concluded that we are either “Lost” or “Found”. First of all, we must be lost before we can be found.
Luke 19:10 for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”
The bible makes it clear that all have fallen short of the glory of God, therefore we are first “Lost”
Romans 3:9-10 What then? Are we better than they? Not at all. For we have previously charged both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin.
10 As it is written: “There is none righteous, no, not one;
We can conclude by God’s Word that people remain lost “OR” they are found. We are all one or the other. This is our “identity.” If we are found then we are “Found” in Christ Jesus. We have obtained the revelation that Jesus Christ is the one true Son and lamb of God that died for our sins and was risen from the dead and seated at the right hand of God. He is our advocate that brings us eternal life.
We are in Christ Jesus, which means we are “Found” by the good shepherd our Lord. He “Seeks” to save those that are Lost!
Question: Are You Lost? Are the people around you Lost?
We need to conclude that everyone we see fits one of these 2 possible identities. They are either lost or found. Many times we can tell by the “master” they are serving where their identity lies. Their master is either the “World” or the “Lord”.
Luke 9:25 For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and is himself destroyed or lost?
Father God, give us wisdom to understand the difference between being lost and found. Let us see clearly your eternal treasure above the temporary desires of the world. We desire to do our part to witness to the lost and unsaved by your Grace so no one should remain lost and perish in Jesus Name! Amen.
Galatians 2:16-20 knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.
17 “But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is Christ therefore a minister of sin? Certainly not! 18 For if I build again those things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. 19 For I through the law died to the law that I might live to God. 20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
Romans 8:38-39
For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come,nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
