TAKE A STEP

“TAKE A STEP”
This morning I looked back into my earliest blog writing to remember the revelations that God has showed me during my walk with Him. This blog had been titled “Activating God’s Plan”. I touched up what spoke to my heart from reading the message and reposted it this morning. I concluded this morning that it’s time to “Take A Step” forward!
The lack of knowledge of the God’s Word keeps people bound up wondering why God is not moving in their lives. We need to learn God’s nature and stop trying to pull on what we “Feel” and simply trust His plan, which is found in the bible.
The submission of our fleshly weakness to Jesus Christ is mandatory for our growth in the Lord and “activating” His plan in our lives. A trusting relationship with Jesus Christ is based on the fact that we “need” a savior ALWAYS. The word savior in this case means every tense of the word. Past, Present and Future, Jesus is our every need!
Our need, trust and reliance on HIM will open the door that enables and ultimately activates our relationship with God.
Submitting to God is a position of true love from our heart and is based on an ongoing relationship in which we turn our lives over to HIM!
Jesus finished His work of salvation for us once and for all at the cross. We are not waiting on God to complete His plan for salvation. He has already done it. I believe people are continuously waiting on God like “HE” needs to do something else. He already already finished it for us!
John 19:30 So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.
The word of God revealed to me that He is always waiting on us to activate “OUR” faith. We take the first step and God will meet us there. He simply wants us to have the courage to trust Him and step out so that He can be our source.
The bible is full of testimonies of men who acted first based on God’s plan and then God would fulfill their destiny the way God had planned it from the beginning.
Hebrews 12:2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
God is the Author and Finisher of our faith! Therefore we only play 1 role in God’s plan. That role is to activate or initiate the process. We trust God and start and God Authors and Finishes!!
When we activate or “ACT” we initiate the faith that God requires in His Word and this faith allows Him the ability to operate on our behalf, therefore establishing His kingdom the way He desires. It’s about God’s plan, not ours.
Hebrews 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
The revelation of Jesus will transform us into the people that God created us to be.
2 Corinthians 3:12-18 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.
As Christians we should be constantly transformed into the image of God!
Romans 8:38-39
For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
