GOD'S MERCY!
God’s Mercy
As we go through life we will make mistakes and be in need of God’s mercy.
Romans 11:31 even so these also have now been disobedient, that through the mercy shown you they also may obtain mercy. 32 For God has committed them all to disobedience, that He might have mercy on all.
It’s human nature and pride that keeps us fighting a battle in a world that we are not capable of winning in our own ability. This is why we need a savior.
Question: How many problems will you continue to struggle with until you admit to God that you need His mercy and grace?
I am convinced that people are mostly too prideful to admit that they need a savior. The longer this continues the more struggle people will have finding peace. Self-reliance keeps us from a relationship with God so that He becomes our source. This means we need to accept His “Mercy” as good for us.
2 Peter 1:2 Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord,
1 Peter 2:9-11 But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. 10 Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.
Psalm 13 Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever.

3 Oh, give thanks to the Lord of lords!
For His mercy endures forever:

25 Who gives food to all flesh,
For His mercy endures forever.
26 Oh, give thanks to the God of heaven!
For His mercy endures forever.
Father God, we thank you for your mercy. We acknowledge you as our source of righteousness and turn from our selfish pride. Thank you for saving us in Jesus name! Amen

Romans 8:38-39
