THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE!

Daily Diary August 23rd, 2019

We Need Truth!

It is our nature as people to seek peace. This is difficult when society is telling us to do whatever we want and its “OK”.  It also is forcing us to accept "Everything" as truth.

When this happens it causes everyone to live by “His or Her” own foundation while creating confrontation and conflict because a selfish foundation is not rooted in God's “Truth”.

Psalm 52:2-4 You who practice deceit,
   your tongue plots destruction;
it is like a sharpened razor.
You love evil rather than good,
falsehood rather than speaking the truth.
You love every harmful word,
    you deceitful tongue!

2 Timothy 4:4 They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.

It’s a simple fact that people don’t know what they are doing.  They are being led by their fleshly emotions and believe that their opinion matters.  Everything that doesn’t come from the truth of God is of the enemy.

This following scripture sums up the problem with society and it is the reason that global unity, love and peace are not an option for America.

James 3:16 For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there

This scripture is "America"  envious and self-seeking, so therefore we are confused and dealing with "Every" evil thing!

Question:  Are you envious and self seeking?

We are subject to the ruler of this world until we are set free by accepting Jesus Christ as Savior.  There is no other way to walk in the truth of God’s foundation.

John 8:31:32 Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. 32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

When emotions and feelings are allowed to be our foundation we are destined for failure.  Our flesh is weak and flawed and every emotional decision has consequences because it lacks Godly Truth!

Psalms 25:4-6 Show me your ways, Lord,
    teach me your paths.
Guide me in your truth and teach me,
for you are God my Savior,
and my hope is in you all day long.
Remember, Lord, your great mercy and love,
for they are from of old.

Father God, we pray for people to know the truth of your foundation.  We repent of our selfish desires that bind us in our flesh.  We break these chains of bondage over you children today in Jesus Name! Amen

Ephesians 4:1-3 As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.

Romans 8:38-39

For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
