JESUS Brings Newness of Life!

(Dream Revelation of Overcoming Dead Religion)

Starting 2019 I was led to post one of the most powerful dream revelations I have received.  It was origionally titled "The Pool of the Dead". For 2019 I have renamed it as "JESUS Brings Newness of Life"

I believe this is the prophetic WORD for 2019.  "Walk in the newness of the LIFE that Jesus has given us"

This revelation came to me in a dream of being on a fishing trip with family and friends. We met our kids and their Grandpa Jim. We arrive at a farm pond that is in the country.  Its a place that I am not familiar with. It is obvious that this pond and location have been used for trips and events many times before.

When we arrive, we climb in a small bass boat and start to fish. Our youngest child, Grace, looks in the water and says, “There is a person down there.” Parker hollers out, “There is a person. It’s a woman. You can see her waist.”

I remembered a recent story where a lady had drowned in this water, but I had believed that her body had been discovered.

When I looked in the water, I saw the person floating about three feet under. I can tell it’s a woman, but I can also see that there are more people underneath her. The woman is completely covered in what looks like old church clothes, a long dress from the waist down, long boots, a long sleeve shirt, and a stylish old-fashioned hat. You cannot see any skin to gain clear evidence of her being a real person. Her face is looking down so all we can see is the hat on her head.

I reach down into the water to get her, and I can barely reach her. I pull her out of the water and turn her over to see her. The person was not real. It was a stuffed person or a mannequin with a face made of colored paper.

We realized that there had been a graduation party or a prom at this pond. We started to wonder if these fake bodies came from one of these events that had taken place.

Next thing I know, the pond had been drained to see if the other bodies were real. They were being pulled out of the water by emergency teams. My friend was looking through all the rubble like it was normal and not significant to anything spiritual.

As I walked across the bottom of the pone, I realized there were many music boxes. They are all submerged and ruined. They are small 12- to 20-inch CD players. It was clear that the people in the water were listening to a message.

Interpretation

The Spirit of God revealed to me that the bodies represent an old church and false teaching. The people were not real because they never came to know God through a relationship with Jesus. They were fake people who had perished “in the water”.

The water also represents baptism, and the dead had never come out of the water.

I believe that most people enter the water of baptism, but they remain there in the water spiritually. They never embrace the newness of life that God intended for them when they rose from it.

Romans 6:4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

This newness of God relies on His grace and not on our ability to get things right. This represents a judgmental church that has become irrelevant at sharing the true Gospel of Jesus. We should become new and victorious when we accept Jesus as Savior, because we no longer are under the law, but under grace!!

1 John 5:4-5 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—ourfaith.⁵ Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

The fact that we are fishing tells me we are spiritually fishing for souls. That is what ministry is supposed to be, but the revelation that I received is that we are fishing for two types of people.

1. Lost people who are often the easiest to witness to. The truth of God begins to grow in them from the beginning of their revelation of Jesus, which is Salvation.

2. The people from old school church, most who are walking in a dead life of rituals and do’s and don’ts of the Old Covenant. They may be saved but they are walking in condemnation without the victory of Jesus. Many of which are in church and have been for a long time. These people are often harder to relate to, because they are set in a judgmental and condemned state from false teaching of the Gospel. This is what the old dress represents, a person from the past, but in this case, a young person who is in clothes from the 40’s or 50’s, meaning that even young people today are stuck in the trap of the old religious mind-set. This is the same religious mind-set that has remained since Jesus. This mind-set is also the same one that put Jesus on the cross.

My friend was looking at this church as if it was dead also. Spiritually, he represents the people looking at the deadness of the church people. He is not convinced that they are any different from him. They are reflecting no victory in life! This is going on everywhere. People in the church are not revealing Christ with victory, grace and love, so the people of the world are unaware of the victory that Jesus bought back for us, and they don’t see the goodness coming from the church that was bought back by the blood of Jesus.

The CD players are signs that the people are listening to a message, but the message is not effective. The CD players are buried in the water with them. The message is empty and filled with dead words. These boxes are buried in the water!

I believe this message was bringing forth the revelation that people stay on the backside of salvation or make it to the water of baptism, but never really emerge out of the water spiritually into the newness of life through Jesus. This happens because of the Old Testament religious way of thinking that has been taught to the past generations. We have not embraced the fact that the only righteousness that we can obtain comes from Jesus! We cannot earn our way to God. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life and we must start living the overcoming victory of our Lord and Savior!

As Christians we should have an overcoming fire that infects the world.  Jesus brought us the fire of His spirit and we should no longer walk in the condemnation of the world. 

Hebrews 12:28-29 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.²⁹ For our God is a consuming fire.

1 John 5:6-9 This is He who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth.⁷ For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one.⁸ And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one.

⁹ If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater; for this is the witness of God, which He has testified of His Son.

Scripture of the Day:  Matthew 3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

No matter what you faced in 2018 Jesus Christ has newness of life for you in 2019.  Seek HIM and HE will bring you life!
