DO YOU BELIEVE?
Do You Believe?
John 11:26 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. 26 And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”
This death that Jesus spoke of was a physical death, which explains that we are separated from our earthly body into spirit that goes home to be with the Father. This would mean that our spirit remains alive.
Our spirit becomes alive when we know Jesus Christ as our savior. The life we experience here on earth before our physical body dies is already alive inside of us. We have the ability to walk in the spirit now and forever!
Galatians 5:16-17 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.
We are still alive in the flesh but we also have come alive in our spirit. It is a choice to walk in the spirit. They are contrary to one another but we have eternal life in the spirit of God in the here and now.
The bible tells us that our salvation is not about this point of physical death that we transform but that it has already happened when we accept Jesus. We do not become saved in anticipation of dying but to live life to the fullest.
John 10:10 I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
We can enter into the kingdom and find rest now. There would be no going in and out of the door if we are already in heaven. Salvation into life is available to us now.
Do you have the expectation to “Live” today because He died for you?
John 14:5-6 Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?”
Jesus said to him,“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
We have access to the father through Jesus Christ now and forever! Amen

Romans 8:38-39
For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come,nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
