GOD IS FAITHFUL
The Value of Faith!
As we face the stress of everyday life we need to remember the value of Faith! We are quick to place our hope in “our” decisions and in “our” ability to direct life according to the outcomes based on factors and elements that are to great for our mortal control. This reveals the concept of needing a “Savior”, someone who holds the key to our future, which is God almighty.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Fear is the opposite of faith and we are either consumed by its pressure or secure by allowing God to move in our lives by directing our path.
Question: Are you walking in fear or faith today?
I have learned that God’s plan is ultimately better than mine. He has a righteous outcome that will bring forth good fruit in my life and the people around me. If we apply His word to our situations and trust Him and hold firm in faith we have victory! This goes back to the scripture above, which says “diligently” seek Him.
Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
What we see in the flesh has little to do with what is actually capable in the spirit. We must begin to walk in faith of the things hoped for in life by “Faith” and rest in its outcomes. We must know what God has for us is good and will ultimately be our reward. His plan is based on a fathers love that is unconditional, even when we don’t deserve it.
Father God, Today we diligently seek YOU. We ask for you to guide our steps and we refuse to walk in fear of the things that try to distract us. Thank you for being bigger than the trials of this world! In Jesus’ Name! Amen
John 16:33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
Romans 8:38-39
For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
